毒性病理学是临床前药物安全性评价的重要组成部分,其研究目的是从形态学的侧面,研究实验动物在给与受试药物后,病理性损伤部位、程度、性质和预后,分析其致病机制,为药物的安全性评价提供形态学依据和结论。本文对毒性病理学在临床前药物安全性评价中出现的问题、解决方法以及近年来涌现出的毒性病理学新技术的应用进行综述。

Toxicologic pathology is an important part of the preclinical safety evaluation of drugs.The purpose is to study the location,degree,property and prognosis of pathologic lesions,to analysis the pathogenesis from the morphological features after the application of a testing drug to experiment animals,and to provide morphological evidence and conclusion for the safety evaluation of the drug.In this paper,we comprehensively reviewed the problems,the solutions and the applications of newly emerging technologies of toxicologic pathology in the field of preclinical safety evaluation of drugs.
