医院志愿者服务管理探索与分析

医院志愿者是志愿参加医院组织的各种为病人义务服务的人。志愿者服务在西方许多国家发展迅速,受到病人的欢迎。而在中国医院志愿者服务还是一个新鲜事物,无论在实践还是理论研究方面皆尚处起步阶段。本文力图将国外医院志愿者的管理经验与中国的实际发展情况相结合,从人力资源管理理论出发,对医院志愿者管理的流程进行探索,分析实施过程中可能遇到的问题,并提出解决问题的对策与建议,为我国医院志愿者的管理提供借鉴与参考。

Hospital volunteers serve patients under the organization of hospital without payment. Volunteer service has been rapidly developed and popular with patients in many western countries.Since it is fresh in China,the study on both theory and practice of management to hospital volunteer is still immature.This paper tries to combine the oversea management experience of hospital volunteer with the practical situation in China according to human resource management theory.This research explores the procedure and problems of the management then puts forward corresponding suggestions.So it hopes to offer certain theoretical foundation to the management of the hospital volunteer in China.
