采用UV法测定黄凡士林中多环芳香烃的研究

目的: 采用紫外-分光光度法(UV法)检测黄凡士林中多环芳香烃(PAHs)的含量研究。方法: 黄凡士林经提取、稀释后,参照BP 2017/EP 9.0标准,采用UV法测定黄凡士林中PAHs的最大吸收度(260~420 nm)。结果: 样品PAHs最大吸收度范围为在0.007 0~1.829 5之间,说明各批次间PAHs差异较大。49批样品按拟定的限度(6 μg·mL-1)判断,有18批超出限度;不同企业样品的PAHs相差较大;3种精制工艺(工艺2、工艺3和工艺4)样品中PAHs最大吸收度水平低于工艺1(加氢合成)的样品。结论: 本研究拟定了黄凡士林中PAHs的检测方法,能控制致癌毒性杂质,建议将其列入国家辅料质量标准中。

Objective: To determine polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in yellow soft paraffin by UV.Methods: After extraction and dilution,the absorption(260-420 nm)of PAHs in yellow soft paraffin were determined by UV method according to BP 2017/EP 9.0 standard.Results: The maximum absorbance of PAHs ranged from 0.007 0 to 1.829 5,indicating that the PAHs varied greatly among batches.According to the proposed limits(6 μg·mL-1),18 batches of samples from 49 did not meet the requirements;the PAHs contents of different enterprise samples were quite different;the maximum absorbance of PAHs in the three refining processes(process 2,process 3 and process 4)were lower than those of process 1(hydrosynthesis).Conclusion: This study developed a method for the determination of PAHs in yellow soft paraffin,which can control carcinogenic impurities.It is suggested that the test of PAHs should be included in the national excipient quality standard.
